Payment Methods

Payments can be made by MasterCard, VISA, American Express or Discover.  A 3% fee will be charged for all credit card transactions.  Call us to arrange other forms of payment such as approved bank check.  Leasing is also available through several leasing companies.  Call for a lease application.

Shipping

Prices are F.O.B. Tampa.  Items will be shipped via the most expeditious manner via UPS, R & L, Sabal Truck Lines or your carrier.

Returns

If the items you receive are not what you ordered, contact us immediately.  All mistakes on our part will be rectified at no cost to you.  If the item is correct, but you have changed your mind, we regret having to charge a 20% restocking fee, but that is what the manufacturers charge us.  Do not return anything to us without a RMA number.  

Order Processing

When is my order processed?

Unless specific arrangements have been made, all orders are sent immediately to our processing department after payment transaction has been completed for fast fulfillment. Orders are processed immediately for items in stock and will be shipped within 24 hours.  Orders for items not in stock will be shipped the same day we receive them from the manufacturer or dropped shipped to you.

When will I receive my shipment?

This will depend on your selected method of shipment.  Typical ground shipment is 3-5 days within Florida and 5-8 days throughout the U.S.

Sales Taxes

Williams Food Machinery will charge the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Florida.  Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Trade-Ins/Used Equipment

Williams Food Machinery can provide price quotes for trading in existing equipment.  We also will purchase your used equipment.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Williams Food Machinery shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect price.  Williams Food Machinery shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.  If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Williams Food Machinery shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge
