Williams Food MachineryOctober 12, 2000 -- Williams Food Machinery recently added another prestige food machinery line to its portfolio in Daniels Food Equipment. Daniels was a pioneer in the development of vacuum tumblers in this country, having learned the process from the Germans. The company started in Minnesota in 1985 and has progressed to building meat saws, mixers, mixer-grinders and stuffers. Their line was marketed by Hollomatic first, then Biro. Since January 2000, Daniels has marketed their excellent equipment line under their own name.
